The app is really well made and polished, and the developer actively maintains it, but still the way it works doesn’t tick my boxes. We all use notes to write down ideas, thoughts, future plans along with all kind of lists and other important information and, as a result, it is important to have constant access to our notes. I also tried Agenda which looked like a great alternative to noteplan, but it didn’t really “click” for me. There are one or two expensive subscription based tools, but I’m too cheap to pay for functionality i almost get for free.īest bet so far (for my needs) was Noteplan which integrates with reminders as well, but it’s €10/month (for local usage), and at that price I can easily enter my notes into Apple Notes, and add the task manually to reminders. I can easily get the above in something else, but since I use Apple products for most things, I lose out big time on integration and functionality.
